What is a Video Interview in Vision-CV?

Vision-CV video interview is a comfortable and easy way for recruitment, which saves candidates and recruiters time.

You can record video replies at any time and place convenient for you. There is no need to schedule meetings or video calls with recruiters.

You need to reply to the text or video questions that you see on your screen. The idea is that you will see questions for the first time during the recording of your interview. You won’t be able to see all the questions at once.

You will have time for reading a question and for a video reply. 

Questions from the recruiter may be in text or video format.

For each question, you will have time to read it and record a reply. Once the time for reading a question ends, the time for reply starts automatically.

On the left you will see the question, on the right, you will see your video screen.

The recording ends when you click “finish” or when the time for the reply is up.

Before moving to the next question, you can take a break if you want.

For each task to accomplish in real-time, you will be granted time to read and understand the task and time to accomplish the task.

If you finish the task earlier, you can click on the “finish” button.
